I appreciated the water dispenser available on each floor. It helped reduce plastic use. the breakfast offered many fresh food options. every space in the hotel was super clean and smelled very good.

The shower had very low water pressure, it was hard to wash. the corridor smelled strange. I suspect there was something wrong with the sewage system. the sink and tap were rusty.

My room was far from ideal. the wooden floors were loose. Buckling and uneven. the carpet looked worn. It needed replacement, we loved the pool. but the view was not so amazing!

The lack of an iron in the room proved a major inconvenience. The staff refused my request to deliver one, which I found unacceptable for a business hotel. The hallway water dispenser was also out of service .

i found the hotel staff to be helpful and accommodating . The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection with many choices. I appreciated that the hotel offered a water dispenser on each floor for refilling carafes in the room.

the furniture in the room was somewhat worn. I noticed some minor scuffs on the desk and the chair upholstery could use some updating (but it was comfortable nonetheless).

the hotel has a gym, though i did not use it myself. I noticed a restaurant and café on the premises offering various dining options. The hotel also provided a secure parking area who arrive by car.

the breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes (especially enjoyed the omelets!). The winestone downstairs has very good food. The breakfast room was well kept with attentive staff who ensured a pleasant experience.
